	Bland (Blann), Mary Lee- history as told by Manila Bybee Campbell Manila Bybee Campbell wrote about her great-grandmother in her autobiography. The following excerpt is from pages two and three. The original spelling, punctuation and other errors have been preserved.

Notes	Birth: EH rec of sealing to spouse in 1865, Mary his wife, has herself sealed to William. This is the earliest documented birth place and date.. Marr: Certificate of Rec. Carroll Co. Missouri, Sam'l Todd, J.P. did join together William Ewell and Polly Blann, recorded on Feb 25th and 27th, 1835 Death: Mexican War Claim of Widow Pension states he died 22 Dec 1847 not 48, but then states that he died seven weeks before the birth of last child, born 5 day of Feb. 1849. Bapt: LDS Info. Base gives 22 Oct. 1833 with no documentation. The book on Mormon Pioneers by Susan Easton Black also give the same Bapt. date with the reference as a family group sheet, self. 1833 would fit with Mary's account that he was a member before their marriage in 1834. 8 Oct 1895, his son, William T. Ewell was proxey.
